WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
You can see the status of your order at any time by logging into your account here. Please keep

that the “ship by/promise date” is our best guesstimate as to when your package will
ship, but many
factors could alter your ship date. If you are notified via e-mail of your shipment after 5PM
central time, your order may not ship until the next business day.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Why did the free shipping threshold increase?
The global pandemic has had a huge influence on shipping pricing and procedures. In order to continue to provide our Free Shipping promotion, we’ve had to slightly increase the purchase threshold from $75 to $78. However, once you hit the $78 spending threshold, the Carrier Service Fee (valued at $2) will be waived along with economy shipping within the continental US (valued at $7.95) for a total discount value of $9.75.
